We feel honored to take on the User Experience (UX) role for this project recognizing how important it is to create an user journey for the brand. Our approach involves conducting research examining competitor websites and analyzing consumer behavior to gain insights.
By studying our competitors websites our goal is to identify the practices in the estate industry and discover areas where we can introduce ideas. Understanding how consumers behave is crucial in shaping our strategy as it allows us to align the website design with their expectations and preferences.
